That seems very high priced. I guess it determines where you mailing your item to. Also are you selling it on ebay or some other platform, or through your own website? If you sold it on ebay then tou can print a ups shipping table and get a huge seller discount. In another video I show where I mailed a 149lb wheelchair lift in a box that was around 20x20x38 from Texas to California for $75. Ups ships by cubic volume and weight. Let me know a little more about how you sold your it....ebay, poshmark, mercari, Facebook or how. Let me know more an then I could answer your question much better. 👍

Although I believe they probably have a good program, it's my belief that you would probably benefit more from different reseller UA-cam channels. Especially if it for research or you are considering reselling as a part time/full-time side hustle. I've never joined their program, so I can't give anymore insight about it. I know Rob and Melissa make big sales and lots of freight shipping. So I would think their course would cater towards that way of a business. It's really up to you, but I would check out the free reseller videos first. Good luck! 👍

In many cases yes. Ask who your selling it to if they will pay anything for gemstone first. If not then remove.

If they are 1ct or larger then you definitely should have the ring appraised. However keep in mind that diamonds are not really rare. Look in a crowd of people and see how many people have diamonds in their jewelry. Plus how many jewelry stores (in the world) that sell jewelry with diamonds. So, that's a lot of diamonds. It a marketing scheme that's been around for about 100 years. Diamond dealers release so many each year to keep the supply and demand going. When in realty about 40% of today's diamonds are lab created now. The same goes for many other gemstones as well. Thanks for watching and your question. 👍

I would have them tested. Emblem probably means it was plated by a jewelry company. Many military pins and Fraternity pins have this. However there are solid EMB as well for vintage jewelry. Some have real gemstones also. Again I would have them tested to be sure. It could be well worth it. 😀👍

10K means it's 10k affixed to another metal. Sometimes it may be a plating. Other times it may be a solid piece of 10K joined to another piece of metal. This is more prominent in two toned jewelry. Think of a class ring with a glass gem, but in the glass is a symbol or initials. That is what is usually pure gold. The ring itself may be some other metal.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

Not necessarily. If it's not stamped with a gold mark, then I would have it tested, or don't buy it. Lots of immatation gold plated jewelry is made with nickel, brass, or even silver. These won't attract to a magnet either. Thanks for watching and your question. 👍

10k is 10 karat gold and the other K is a jewelers design number. Many rings are duplicates for different jewelry stores and the jeweler know which design to make more of them. Thanks for watching and the question. 👍

The refund should go back to the original source of payment. If you paid for it from a credit or debit card it should go back on it. Same if you paid straight from checking, PayPal etc.

Every place is different. It's better to go to several places to get the best price. I've seen a wide range of differences. Some better and some much worse...as much as 20%.

This video was a wile back but ill try to be as accurate as I can. The listing fee was $1.00 because it was a 24hr auction. Final value fees were around $25. So for a $1 buy I made about $170. I buy it at garage sales and thrift stores mixed in with costume jewelry lots and I find hidden gold quite often at these places for super cheap ($1 to $10). Thanks for watching and your question. 👍

Sorry my friend...but your wrong. I like how you are trying to find fault in someone or something. As I stated gold is the most "common" valuable metal for jewelry making. You had better check your metals. Rhodium is the most expensive metal in the world, belonging to the group of noble metals, along with platinum, palladium, osmium, iridium, and ruthenium. Oh and let's not forget californium, a synthetic chemical element of the actinoid series of the periodic table, atomic number 98. All of these metals are more expensive than gold. However rhodium is only used for plating jewelry and not made into jewelry itself.....So you make your video and I'll watch it.

@@RKTreasureCenter thanks for that, I came away from eBay Uk because someone managed to hack my eBay account and spend £60 of my money. I had to cancel my card and so I had nothing more to do with eBay. I keep getting little packets of hair clips though the post with my address on but strange name not know at my address. Apparently they are being shipped from china the shipping people told me to contact eBay. And as you say I can't without account.
